Who we are

Realisto is operated by STAND OUT BRANDING, FZ-LCC, a company registered in Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. When these terms refer to "we", "us", or "our", they mean STAND OUT BRANDING, FZ-LCC.

The service

Realisto provides AI-powered virtual staging and interior photo enhancement tools on a pay-as-you-go credit basis. We make reasonable efforts to maintain service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time. AI-generated outputs may vary in quality and should be reviewed before publication.

Account registration

To use Realisto you must create an account via Clerk, our authentication provider. You agree to provide accurate and current information and to keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@realisto.app if you suspect unauthorised access.

Credits and billing

Realisto operates on a prepaid credit system. Credits are purchased through Stripe and are subject to the following rules:

• Credit costs vary by action: Standard staging uses 1 credit, High staging uses 2 credits, each retouch uses 1 credit, 720p video uses 1 credit per second, and 1080p video uses 3 credits per 2 seconds (6, 8, or 10 seconds).
• Credits are non-refundable except where a generation fails and produces no usable output: such cases may be reviewed on request.
• Credits have no cash value, do not expire, and are non-transferable to other accounts.
• All purchases are final. We do not issue refunds for unused credits unless required by applicable law.
• By purchasing credits, you consent to immediate access to digital content and acknowledge that you expressly waive your right of withdrawal (such as the 14-day cooling-off period under EU/UK consumer law) once the purchase is made.

Your content

You retain full ownership of the photos you upload. By uploading content you confirm that you hold all necessary rights or permissions to those photos. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to process your photos to deliver the staging service. If you use the free try flow, you also grant us a licence to use your original and staged photos in our marketing and promotional materials. For paid account uploads, we do not use your photos for marketing unless you agree separately.

Generated images

You own the AI-generated images produced for your account. We grant you a perpetual, royalty-free licence to use those images for commercial real-estate listing and marketing purposes. You may not resell or sublicense the generated images as a standalone AI image-generation product or service.

Acceptable use

When using Realisto you agree not to:

• Upload photos that depict illegal content or that you do not have the right to use.
• Create misleading real estate listings, fraudulent property representations, or deceptive architectural modifications designed to defraud buyers.
• Generate nude, explicit, or non-consensual intimate imagery. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for such content.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying AI models or platform code.
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the service beyond normal use.
• Resell, sublicense, or provide third-party access to your Realisto account.
• Use the service in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international law.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless STAND OUT BRANDING, FZ-LCC, its affiliates, and its employees from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights, including copyright or intellectual property rights related to the photos you upload.

Intellectual property

The Realisto name, logo, user interface, underlying models, and documentation are owned by or licensed to STAND OUT BRANDING, FZ-LCC. These terms do not transfer any intellectual property rights to you beyond the limited licences explicitly granted above. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Copyright and takedown policy

We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe your copyrighted work has been used in a way that constitutes infringement on Realisto, please notify us at support@realisto.app with a description of the work and its location. We reserve the right to remove infringing content and terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.

Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that outputs will meet any particular quality standard, that the service will be error-free, or that it will be fit for any specific purpose. You use the service at your own risk. AI-generated images should be reviewed before use in any publication or listing.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, STAND OUT BRANDING, FZ-LCC's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these terms or the service shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. Any proceedings to resolve or litigate any dispute in any forum will be conducted solely on an individual basis. Neither you nor we will seek to have any dispute heard as a class action, representative action, or in any proceeding in which either party acts or proposes to act in a representative capacity.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of Realisto after the updated date constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
