Who we are

Realisto is operated by STAND OUT BRANDING, FZ-LCC, a company registered in Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. When this policy refers to "we", "us", or "our", it means STAND OUT BRANDING, FZ-LCC.

Information we collect

We collect the following categories of information when you create an account or use our services:

• Account information: name and email address provided via Clerk, our authentication provider.
• Payment information: billing details processed by Stripe. We do not store your card number: Stripe handles payment data under their own PCI-compliant infrastructure.
• Usage and device data: pages visited, features used, browser type, operating system, and IP address.
• Uploaded photos: interior property photos you submit for AI virtual staging.

How we use your information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• To deliver and improve the virtual staging service.
• To process credit purchases and send payment confirmations.
• To send transactional emails (receipts, support replies). We do not send marketing emails without your consent.
• To diagnose technical issues and improve product quality.

Your photos and generated content

Your uploaded photos and the AI-generated images we produce for you are yours. We do not sell your listing photos or use them to train publicly available AI models. Photos are stored in private, access-controlled blob storage. Free try photos may appear in our marketing. Paid account photos stay private to your account unless you agree otherwise.

Third-party service providers

We share data only with the vendors needed to run the service. We do not sell personal information to any third party.

• Clerk: authentication and session management.
• Stripe: payment processing.
• Vercel: hosting, edge delivery, and private blob storage.
• AI inference providers: process your photos to generate staged images; inputs are not retained for model training.

Data retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your personal information within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law (for example, billing records). Uploaded photos are retained while your account is active and are deleted when you remove them or close your account.

Data security

We implement technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encrypted transmission (HTTPS), private blob storage with signed URLs, and authentication managed by Clerk. No method of internet transmission is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary to run Realisto. These include authentication/session cookies (Clerk), locale preference (NEXT_LOCALE), and currency preference (NEXT_CURRENCY). If you accept the cookie banner, we also load the Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms) to measure marketing and ad performance. When you finish a free try on /try, we may also send a Lead event to Meta with a hashed copy of your email (Conversions API) so we can measure ads even if Pixel cookies are blocked. You can clear site data in your browser to reset the cookie choice; doing so may sign you out or reset locale/currency preferences.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You may also request a copy of the data we hold about you. If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have additional rights under the GDPR, including the right to data portability and the right to object to certain processing. California privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion, correct inaccurate information, and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. Realisto does not sell personal information. If you accept cookies, the Meta Pixel may share limited event data with Meta for ad measurement. A free try may also send a hashed email Lead event to Meta for ad measurement. To opt out of browser measurement cookies, clear site data for realisto.app or email support@realisto.app. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of Realisto after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
