What stays real
Walls, windows, cabinets, floors, and existing furniture stay as they are. Empty rooms stay empty. Portal names on this site are destinations, not certifications.
What we change
We remove everyday surface clutter such as dishes, mail, laundry, and cables. We balance camera exposure and straighten leaning walls. That is standard photography practice, not a new room.
If a paid photo is off
Paid jobs include a one-click refund claim in the app. We review the claim. Credits return when the claim qualifies. This is not an automatic refund on every image with no review. Free try photos are watermarked and are not refunded.
